Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any trip with Eden Trips LLC. By making a booking or submitting a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Traveler”, “you” or “your”) and Eden Trips LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States (“Eden Trips”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and govern your use of our website eden-trips.com and participation in any trip or experience we organize.
By completing a booking, submitting a deposit, or digitally confirming acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of all members of your travel group.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the signed booking form (or digital acceptance) together with the required deposit specified for each trip. Availability may change until Eden Trips confirms the booking in writing.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. By booking on behalf of other travelers, you declare that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf and that all members of the group agree to be bound by them.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of booking — including names, passport details and contact information — is accurate and complete. Eden Trips is not responsible for costs or losses arising from errors in information submitted by the traveler.
Important: Spots on each trip are limited. Payment of the deposit does not guarantee your place until Eden Trips sends a written booking confirmation.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and covers initial administrative and booking costs.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance of $1,900 USD will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking, 60 days before the departure date. By completing your booking and providing your payment details, you authorize Eden Trips to process this charge automatically on the scheduled date.
You may cancel this authorization at any time before the scheduled charge date by accessing your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us in writing at info@eden-trips.com. Cancellation of the authorization does not exempt you from the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.
Late Bookings
Bookings made less than 60 days before departure require full payment of $2,400 USD at the time of booking. No split payment option is available for late bookings.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed in US dollars (USD). Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the traveler.
PRICING
Prices are listed per person. Eden Trips reserves the right to adjust prices in response to significant changes in supplier costs, taxes or exchange rates. Any price increase after booking confirmation will be communicated in writing and will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellation by the Traveler
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@eden-trips.com. Cancellations are effective from the date of receipt. The following charges will apply:

No-show: Travelers who do not show up on the day of departure without prior written notice will not be entitled to any refund.
Cancellation by Eden Trips
Eden Trips reserves the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure events, safety reasons or other circumstances at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation by Eden Trips:
Partial Participation
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, including activities not completed, early departures or voluntary exclusions from group activities.
Changes Requested by the Traveler
Requests to transfer a booking to another traveler or to change the departure date are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees. Such changes must be requested in writing at least 60 days before departure.
Changes Made by Eden Trips
Eden Trips reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations or activities when necessary due to safety reasons, weather conditions, supplier changes or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives of equivalent quality. Minor changes do not entitle the traveler to cancel without penalty.
In the event of a significant change (for example, a change of destination, departure date or material reduction in service quality), we will notify you promptly and offer you the option to accept the change, transfer your booking to another available trip, or receive a full refund.
Eden Trips does not manage or sell flights or travel insurance. The purchase of flights and any other transportation to or from the country of destination are the sole responsibility of each traveler.
Where expressly stated in the trip description, Eden Trips includes a round-trip ground transfer between São Paulo’s Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) and the trip accommodation. This transfer is included only for the specific trips where it is confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Eden Trips is not responsible for costs, delays, cancellations or any inconvenience related to flights or other means of transport booked independently. We recommend purchasing flights well in advance and allowing adequate time before the group’s meeting time.
In the event that a traveler is unable to reach the meeting point due to transportation issues, Eden Trips will not be obligated to delay the start of the trip or issue partial refunds.
Services included in each trip are expressly detailed in the corresponding trip description published on our website.
Eden Trips does not sell or manage travel insurance. Obtaining travel insurance is the sole responsibility of each traveler. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering at a minimum:
Eden Trips is not responsible for costs that would have been covered by travel insurance had the traveler obtained adequate coverage. On some trips we may request proof of insurance prior to departure.
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have valid travel documentation, including a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond the return date), required visas and any other documentation required by the destination countries.
Eden Trips is not responsible for costs, losses or entry denials resulting from missing or invalid travel documentation. No refunds will be issued if a traveler is unable to travel due to insufficient or invalid documentation.
Travelers are also responsible for complying with all entry health requirements, including vaccinations or health certificates required by the destination countries.
Eden Trips is committed to providing a safe, respectful and enriching experience for all participants. By joining a trip, you agree to:
Eden Trips reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip at their own expense if their conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous or incompatible with the wellbeing of the group. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Many of our trips involve physical activities in remote or challenging natural environments. It is your responsibility to assess whether a trip is suitable for your physical condition and health.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, disabilities or other health considerations at the time of booking. Eden Trips will make reasonable efforts to accommodate declared needs, but cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met at every destination.
By making your booking you confirm that you are in adequate physical and mental condition to participate in the activities described in the trip itinerary. Eden Trips reserves the right to exclude a traveler from activities deemed unsafe for their condition, without entitlement to a refund.
Eden Trips acts as an organizer and intermediary. We work with independent suppliers, including hotels, local operators and guides. Eden Trips is not responsible for the acts, omissions or negligence of third-party suppliers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eden Trips’ total liability to you for any claim arising from your trip shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Eden Trips for the trip in question.

Assumption of Risk: Travel, particularly of an international and adventure nature, involves inherent risks including, among others, physical injury, illness and material damage. By booking with Eden Trips, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
Eden Trips shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, governmental acts, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, extreme weather conditions or other extraordinary events (“Force Majeure Event”).
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Eden Trips will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or refunds to the extent possible, but shall have no further liability to travelers.
All content on our website, including texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and itineraries, is the property of Eden Trips LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
By participating in a trip, you grant Eden Trips a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs or videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing before departure that you do not consent to such use.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your trip with Eden Trips shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the State of Wyoming, USA.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief before a competent court.
